What your role involves: I am mainly involved with new server and PC installations. This can include a lot of troubleshooting, such as hardware and software problems. I am also here to respond to our helpdesk enquiries + remote support
Best part of the job: The best part of my role is the satisfaction of helping people. Often when something goes wrong with electronic communications it can throw a working day into chaos. After troubleshooting and using my skills to find out the problem, it’s always rewarding to get technologies up and running so that our clients can get on with their day.
