What your role involves: The role is really wide ranging so it keeps everyday interesting. I would say the main responsibilities include job logging, problem solving, managing resources and procurement. I also deal with any complaints we might get, but of course, this is very rare!
Best part of the job: Definitely the team of people I work with.
